Contemporary Crazy Quilting offers a wealth of opportunity for the playful and committed textile artist. While growing out of the Victorian crazy quilt tradition, modern "CQ" uses all manner of fabrics, threads, beads, ribbons, trims, buttons, (and in my case, rocks) in unexpected & spontaneous ways, employing unlimited choices of embellishment techniques.
